Cut The Crab is the first seafood restaurant with the concept of dining with no spoon, knife or fork. Food are place on tables on top of food grade brown paper, where customers are encourage to take food with their bare hands. This unique dining experience creates fun laughter and build stronger relationship bond amongst dinners. This concept is a combination from various cultures through out South Asian Countries and the New Zealand Native, maori tribe.
Cut The Crab is the first restaurant in Indonesia to serve seafood on food grade paper with no plates and cutleries involve. With its two specially created sauce “original” and “sweet” sauce it started a trend throughout Indonesia to eat seafood, in a comfortable dining setting with no plates and cutleries involve. The restaurant has won several awards, been nominated by various organization and reviewed by several medias as a place to be visited and tried. Amongst them in 2013 Yahoo! Voted number 1 most popular restaurant that must be tried.
