Ebisuya Restaurant is an authentic modern Japanese Restaurant that serves good quality meals and alcohol selections with friendly services. All ingredients prepared in Ebisuya are directly imported through the air and over the sea. All our food is prepared by our Executive Chef from Japan. Ebisuya’s concept is simply to create a comfortable environment that well suited to have great conversations for family gathering, business meeting and big group gathering while serving selections of good quality meals and alcohol selections with friendly services. Ebisuya derived from the word of ‘Ebisu’ which is the God of shermen and He favors them with a good catch. He is the Japanese God of Fishermen and Luck. He ensures safe journeys for all seafarers and promises a good catch.

Ebisuya Restaurant can accommodate up to 100 patrons with over 200 choices of food menus and beverage lists. Free will, smoking area and music are available in Ebisuya. Dining options consist of sushi bar seats, the dining room, the ‘tatami’ area and two private dining rooms. One of Ebisuya’s special menus is Seiro. It is special steamed rice served in bamboo basket with choices of meat and assorted vegetables, originally from Japan. Using konbu and sake as the main ingredients, it becomes Ebisuya’s signature steamed dishes that you do not and it anywhere else in any Japanese restaurant in Indonesia. Various menus are available for Seiro, such as Seiro Gomoku Shake, Seiro Gomuko Unagi, and Seiro Gomoku Chicken. In addition, every week Ebisuya serves fresh seasonal items that are directly imported from Japan. Moreover, Ebisuya serves various types of sushi, fresh sashimi, fusion rolls, robatayaki, teppanyaki and set lunch menu on weekdays.
