Dunkin' Donuts started its business in Indonesia with its first store built in 1985 at Jalan Hayam Wuruk, Jakarta. In Indonesia, Dunkin' Donuts master franchise owner Dunkin' Donuts Indonesia. Since then, Dunkin' Donuts Indonesia is determined to fulfill its goal to strengthen Dunkin' Donuts awareness and positioning. Not only in Indonesia's capital city, Jakarta, but also in all other major cities. That is why Dunkin' Donuts is regularly opening dozens of store in order to expand the market. Now Dunkin' Donuts Indonesia have successfully open more than 200 stores which spread in various major cities of Indonesia, such as Jakarta, Tangerang, Bogor, Bekasi, Depok, Surabaya, Bandung, Bali, Medan, Yogyakarta, Makassar, etc. Thus be said, the goal to strengthen awareness and positioning are achieved. At least this could be seen from survey results that stated Top of Mind Dunkin' Donuts in Indonesia is reached 91.8%. And also recorded that the overall satisfaction level of Indonesia's consumer towards Dunkin' Donuts is reached 80.8%.

 

Along with the increasingly strong awareness and positioning Dunkin' Donuts which have been proven by the survey, again in early 2001 Dunkin' Donuts Indonesia is making a breakthrough by implementing a new concept (new image) at each outlet. The implementation is done in stages, first by changing the logo, interior design stores, and other changes. This new image makes Dunkin' Donuts looks more fresh and in accordance with the market wants. But improvements doesn't stop there. As Dunkin' Donuts Indonesia continues with its new image activities, Dunkin' Donuts Indonesia also make a commitment to focus more on product and service improvements. Thus expected the level of customer satisfaction against Dunkin' Donuts can continue to increase.
