At its core, Quadra is essentially "a man-made stone" which is very hard like natural stone. It is made by incorporating what is referred to as a “Sintered Stone Slab” which means a mixture of quality mineral and materials which are compacted under high pressure, and then fired to a very high temperature of 1250°C, making it very dense, very hard and non-porous.
