Bonhams Hong Kong Announces Wine and Whisky Highlights for August

A single-owner collection of wine, led by six bottles of 2002 La Romanée Domaine Comte du Liger-Belair in original wooden case, will feature at Bonhams Fine and Rare Wine and Whisky Sale in Hong Kong on 19 August 2022. 

With impeccable provenance, the highlights include:

- 2002 La Romanée, Domaine Comte du Liger-Belair. Estimate: HK$270,000-360,000 (6 bottles, OWC)

- 2006 La Tâche, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. Estimate: HK$252,000-310,000 (6 bottles banded, OWC)

- 2005 Richebourg, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. Estimate: HK$105,000-145,000 (3 bottles banded, OWC)

- 2013 Corton-Charlemagne, Grand Cru, Domaine Coche-Dury. Estimate: HK$37,000-50,000 (1 bottle)

- 1998 Château Trotanoy, Pomerol. Estimate: HK$36,000-48,000 (12 bottles, OWC)

- 2010 Bâtard-Montrachet, Grand Cru, Domaine Leflaive.  Estimate: HK$24,000-33,000 (3 bottles, OWC)

The collector has assembled these through highly reputable merchants in the UK over the past two decades and they all come with impeccable provenance. Some of the highlights, such as the six-bottle OWC 2002 La Romanée, are in pristine, virtually untouched condition, still packed in their original tissues and straw casings. We expect a lot of interests in such rare finds as these.”
