Seasonal Tastes, all-day dining with 360-degree views of Jakarta and a diverse selection of delectable offerings, announces its much-anticipated Thai Cuisine promotion, featuring Guest Chef Supattra Boonsrang from Esam, Thailand, who will take guests on a mouthwatering journey through the authentic flavors of Thailand for the second time in a row.

Renowned for her mastery of Thai cuisine, Chef Supattra delivers a depth of traditional culinary expertise that she has acquired over years of practice and a strong enthusiasm for her work. Accompanied by her assistant, Thaweesak Chuenjai, she will be showcasing her skill in preparing a variety of Thai dishes in live cooking stations, inviting guests to sample her signature cuisines including ‘Pad Thai’, ‘Khao Pad Poo’, ‘Massaman Gai’, alongside a delicious selection of appetizers and desserts that perfectly capture the spirit of Thai cuisine.

‘Thai Haven’ promotion is scheduled to start at brunch on Saturday, 2 September 2023 through dinner time on Saturday, 23 September 2023. It will be available on weekdays during dinner time with the price of IDR 588,000++ per person and on weekends during brunch and dinner with the price of IDR 608,000++ per person.
