Entering the fourth quarter of 2019, PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia inaugurated its new dealership, Nusantara Authorized Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars Dealer to accomodate to needs of clients and offering Best Customer Experience, particularly in the South Jakarta and East Jakarta areas.

As an instrumental part in expanding its business network and in maintaining the position as the market leader in the premium automotive segment, PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia and PT Putra Borneo Nusantara Indah inaugurated their new dealership today. Located at the strategic area at Jalan MT Haryono Kav. 5, Tebet, South Jakarta, the showroom is ready to serve its customers and prospective owners of Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles, especially in the South Jakarta and East Jakarta areas.

The inauguration today of Nusantara Authorized Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars Dealer marks as the 10th authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer in the Greater Jakarta area. The Nusantara dealership has been certified according to the 3S standard (Sales, Service, Spare parts) by Mercedes-Benz, occupying a spacious facility at an area of 2,819 m2 with a 10,217 m2 building space consisting of 5 main floors for customer contact with four basement levels. The strategic location at Jalan MT Haryono is convenient for Mercedes-Benz customers residing in the South Jakarta and East Jakarta areas.

The Nusantara dealership facilities follows the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II Exclusive (MPS II Exclusive), as a benchmark for global customer experience, which is also equipped with the new Mercedes-Benz Corporate Identity (CI). MPS II Exclusive is the standard that focuses on a more elegant ambiance in the design of the showroom area, with proportional settings and harmonious colour presentation.

Various facilities, from luxurious display areas, comfortable lounge and café to the modern outdoor terrace are among the facilities offered by Nusantara, all in the highquality standards set by Mercedes-Benz. The Customer Services area consists of 2,903 m2 and includes 19 work bays with additionally 2 active reception bays to receive customer vehicles. For more convenience to the customer, a dedicated café and a car key drop-off service are available. In case of emergency, Nusantara offers a 24-hour vehicle pick-up service.
