House of Phyto: Superfood to Increase your Immune System Against COVID-19 Talkshow

Upper West BSD City together with the House of Phyto Organic held a Healthy Talkshow with the theme of Superfood “ to increase your immune system against COVID 19” on Saturday, December 12, 2020 which took place at the Upper West Experience Center, Jl. BSD Raya CBD 55 Lot 1.12 - BSD City.

The talkshow which contains information about new healthy life style with Superfood is guided by the MC, Ms Ade Andrini, with the resource person, dr. Putri Sakti DP, M. Gizi, Sp. GK. Also present was Chef Aldrian Suherman who demonstrated how to process Superfood for daily consumption, one of which was made into Rice Uduk  (Blue Butterfly Pea Rice) and Chicken Pop Lemongrass.

Also present were Bpk. Machjani Safrudin who provided an overview of a new residential concept which is located in a strategic location in CBD BSD. A residence that carries the LIVE, PLAY and EARN MONEY tagline. In addition, the 4 in 1 concept provides various residential and business options ranging from Commercial Areas, SOHOs, Apartments and Offices. Throughout the afterb, the guests were given the chance to get know the project while indulging themselves in healthy meal catered by House of Phyto.
