Celebrating Heroes' Day and Indonesian Cinema: Anita Rusdi's Special Screening of Budi Peker

On November 10, 2023, in a heartfelt commemoration of Heroes' Day and in celebration of her 62nd birthday on October 29, Anita Rusdi extended a warm invitation to a distinguished group of guests to join her for a special screening of the Indonesian film "Budi Pekerti" at XXI Plaza Senayan. Among the esteemed invitees were the Minister's wife, members of KOWANI (Indonesian Women's Congress), IWAPI (Indonesian Women Entrepreneurs Association), the Director General of Education, as well as members of Perhimpunan Kebayaku and close friends. This gathering was not only a celebration of national pride but also a testament to the collective effort in promoting and supporting Indonesian cinema.

"Budi Pekerti" is a compelling 2023 Indonesian drama film directed and written by the talented Wregas Bhanuteja. The film, produced by Rekata Studio and Kaninga Pictures, features a stellar cast, including Sha Ine Febriyanti, Dwi Sasono, Prilly Latuconsina, and Angga Yunanda. This cinematic masterpiece has garnered significant recognition, earning a remarkable 17 nominations out of 22 categories at the prestigious 2023 Indonesian Film Festival (FFI) Citra Cup. The nominations were officially announced by the FFI Committee at the National Museum of Indonesia in Jakarta, solidifying the film's status as one of the year's most celebrated works in the Indonesian film industry.

The event was graced by a diverse and distinguished audience, including prominent figures such as ladies from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, members of the OASE Kabinet Indonesia Maju, representatives from the National Intelligence Service, and delegates from the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs. Notable attendees included Mrs. Hartato, Mrs. Yayuk Bambang, Mrs. Nancy Prananda, Mrs. Norma Hasibuan, Mrs. Liey Haryanto, and Mrs. Uci Flowdea, along with numerous other friends and supporters from various sectors.
