Signatures include the Paccheri alla Vittorio prepared tableside with a special tomato sauce and fresh basil leaves creamed with 20-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese, and the Porcini Mushroom ‘Cappuccino’ Soup with Toasted Brioche Bread and Black Truffle. The imaginative Modern Tiramisu, which features smears of caramel and dollops of coffee cream is a modern take on a timeless classic.
