The much revamped brunch dining experience is now introduced as the Bubble and Beats Sunday brunch at Gran Melia Jakarta.

 

Representing genuine Spanish hospitality, Café Gran Via now introduces the signature scrumptious menu for guests to savour with family and loved ones. These delectable cuisines are prepared only by culinary maestro Executive Chef Ingo Oldenburg and his team. Apart from the international sumptuous delicacies, the Bubble and Beats Sunday Brunch is also complimented with drinks, juices and Sangria. Upon arrival, gourmet diners may relish an enticing selection of appetizers at the buffet including cold cut platter, weekly soup choices, alongside a fine assortment of sushi, sashimi, cheeses and salads.

 

Executive Chef Ingo Oldenburg also proudly presents an extravagant Spanish Tapas delicacy such as smoked salmon bagel, Russian salad pintxo, herbed cheese pintxo, marinated tuna pintxo, seafood empananada as well as gazpacho. In addition, seafood station promises to satisfy all cravings with unlimited refills of fresh oyster, chilled tiger prawn, giant Alaska king crab, mussels, and more. Grill lovers should look no further than the grill and carving station serving selections of high quality roast US prime rib eye, fresh Lombok fish baked in salt crust, roasted chicken, crispy pork belly or suckling pig along with assorted dips and sauces to enjoy.

 

Delicious options of homemade pasta and pizza, soups and dim sum, Mongolian barbeque as well as Indian delicacies including butter chicken, rajma masala, kadai paneer, aloo gobi as well as lamb biryani compliment. The brunch experience will be capped off with an extensive dessert spread prepared by the hotel’s talented pastry team.
