Fairmont Jakarta Presents Pod Dining Experience on Valentine's Day

Fairmont Jakarta is offering several exciting and elegant dining experiences this Valentine’s Day, including the exclusive candle light dinner in the newly launched Pod Dining for the utmost romantic experience.

Taking inspiration from the popular igloo pod dining trend in Europe, Fairmont Jakarta brings this unique dining experience to Jakarta for the first time. Nestled at the hotel’s private outdoor space and surrounded by the lush garden, the luxurious pod offers stunning views under the city skyline. From the moment guests arrive, their senses will be enveloped in romance as they sit in the glass dome under the stars and take in aromas from the fragrant flower arrangement, listening to love songs, while personal butler will take care of guests’ every need.

The Valentine’s Day Pod Dining is only available for one couple only. The couple can delight in a 12-course set menu created by the hotel’s Executive Chef, Hamish Lindsay, accompanied with a bottle of champagne, a bouquet of roses, and enjoy a truly memorable experience in the intimacy of their private pod. The Valentine’s Day Pod Dining is available at IDR 5,000,000++ per couple.

For Valentine’s Day with a view, guest can take in the sights of the twinkling city scape from 22nd floor above the ground at VIEW Restaurant. Providing a distinctively romantic setting, couples can enjoy a 5-course set menu exclusively prepared by the talented Chef Patrese Vito who will incorporate aphrodisiac ingredients such as caviar, oyster, salmon, chocolate and strawberry into the dishes. Dinner at VIEW is priced at IDR 928,000++ per person including a glass of wine and a red rose for the ladies.

For buffet lovers, guests can feast a vast selection of international buffet spread at SPECTRUM restaurant, sampling European to Asian dishes, fresh seafood platter, sushi and sashimi, grilled meat and delectable dessert whilst listening to the elegant live music performance. The buffet dinner is priced at IDR 699,000++ per person inclusive a glass of wine, a red rose for the ladies and a special Valentine’s dessert for couples. 

Presenting authentic and innovative local cuisine, 1945 Restaurant invites guests to experience Indonesian fine dining with that special someone. Warming and flavorful, the five-course menu features exotic dishes such as Oyster Tinorangsak, Naniura, Duck Timlo, Salmon Gulai or Braised Beef Rendang and Tepe Tarte Tatin to end the meal on a sweet note. The five-course dinner is priced at IDR 628,000++ per person including a glass of wine.

For those looking for a classy Italian fare, Sapori Deli will be the ideal place to celebrate this Valentine’s Day. The restaurant will present 5-course set dinner including Cured Hamachi Crudo (a starter meal consists Tomato Jelly, Green Apple and Quid Ink Crackers); Grilled Beef Tenderloin (a grilled tenderloin beside Red Cabbage Puree, Carrot Caponata and Scallop Potato) accompanied live band throughout dinner. The romantic dinner at Sapori Deli is priced at IDR 528,000++ per person including a glass of wine.
