First established as PT Pro Empower Perkasa in 1997, the Company changed its name to PT Global Teleshop in 2011 to be in accordance with the growing business activity in the telecommunication field. At the time of its establishment, the Company was the agent of Authorized Service Vendor (ASV) from Nokia. Subsequently in 2011, the Company purchased the shares of PT Cipta Multi Usaha Perkasa (CUMP). PT CUMP was official distributor and retailer of cellular phones and operator products. In the same year, the Company developed its business activity by doing shares acquisition of PT Persada Centra Maxindo and PT Persada Centra Digital that engaged in retail and repair service especially for Apple products. The Company also established PT Global Distribution as Simcard and top-up voucher distributor for PT Telkomsel Oke, Tbk. Since 1997, Global Teleshop’s good images as a famous telecommunication retailer has been known to the public as the ¬ first national retail telecommunications network that sells MultiBrand products. The Company is a solution that offers a variety of telecommunications products to facilitate the community.
