Designed to help you recharge, the fitness studio offers an extensive selection of equipment—including treadmills, cross trainers, and stationary bicycles, as well as strength training machines. Customize your workout with functional training equipment such as kettlebells, medicine balls, strength bands, and the signature TRX® Suspension Trainer™. All of the LifeFitness® cardio equipment allows you to connect your smartphone, so you can enjoy your own music, audiobooks, or podcasts during your workout. We are happy to provide guests with complimentary headphones.
The adjacent spa area includes separate women’s and men’s locker rooms.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to use the gym.
