Amiral Atelier is a new dessert concept by Dulcet & Studio Singapore helmed by pastry chef, Saé Takagi. Adding a touch of classical refinement to Japanese pastries, the offering at our studio melds classic French pastry techniques with Japanese flavours, embodying Chef Takagi’s own journey into the realm of French pâtisserie.
At Amiral Atelier, the approach towards its creations and spatial environment aims to create a multi-sensorial experience that is balanced and harmonious. Savour pastries such as Gateau de Voyage, or Travel cakes, available in both citrus and chocolate flavours; Eclairs with flavours such as Fig and Smoked Chocolate; as well as Chocolate Bonbons - chocolates with various fillings and flavour infusion.
