Chef Pang has always envisioned revolutionizing Singapore's sweet eating culture one spoonful of sugar at a time. Taking his career to greater heights by launching his independent venture - The Sugar Daddy Group, Chef Pang has distinguished himself as one of the most prolific and well-regarded patissier and chocolatier both locally and regionally. 

Antoinette believes that the perfect example of Parisian pastries will set the benchmark for pastries and desserts in both Singapore and the region.
