Back in 1998, this local local cake shop started selling only one simple dark chocolate cake. Over the years, apart from the next bestselling ‘Hei’ Ice Cream, various chocolate desserts were constantly added to the menu. Today, awfully chocolate has opened its 13th store in the hub of Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD) area, Marina Bay Link Mall.
To keep up with the expansion into the CDB area, awfully chocolate at Marina Bay Link Mall will be the first store to launch a brand new drink called ‘Skinny Hot Chocolate’. It is also the only awfully chocolate in town with drinks on the menu to accompany the chocolate cakes. The Skinny Hot Chocolate, provides one with a lighter option when indulging in a warm cup of chocolate drink, given that the key ingredients are high cocoa 70% couverture and skimmed milk.
