The de rigueur pre-dinner ritual in this sleek eatery is to down one of the thirst quenching in-house brews – 33.1 Blond Lager, 33.2 Pale Ale, 33.3 Stout, 33.4 House Porter and a seasonal brew that is crafted quarterly – which are all true to authentic recipes and brewing methods. Enticing dishes like the Back & Belly – Chargrilled 200 days Stockyard sirloin and slowly braised blackened Wagyu brisket, potato onion hash, blistered tomato and wild mushroom jus – or the Gnocchi – Slow braised shredded lamb shoulder, potato pasta, pine nuts, cranberry, port jus, crumbled goat cheese and fried sage – all go down well with its customers.
