Housed in the refreshed Raffles Arcade, Butcher’s Block is a vibrant steakhouse focusing on the world’s finest cuts of single sourced meats. Look out for The Vault, a glass meat cooler next to the Open Kitchen, where the chef’s butcher block is and where meats are showcased, prepared and cooked to perfection.
