We are also known for having the longest sushi bar in Singapore. We offer an innovative variety of over 100 dishes prepared with the finest ingredients imported from Japan.
In following with Japanese tradition, emphasis is placed on details and as such, it is paramount to AKASHI to ensure both the taste and presentation of the food served are the finest. Ingredients and seafood are personally bought by our staff in Japan from the Tsukiji market and air-flown to Singapore daily.
