From his formal training at the esteemed Hotel and Tourism Center in Denpasar, to a diverse background in Asian and International cuisine, coupled with model leadership skills and food safety expertise, Chef Ngurah has garnered local and international accolades and recognition through masterful prowess, dedicated innovation and spearheading opening teams of renowned establishments. As the new Executive Chef of Umana Bali, he brings a wealth of experience, creative flair, and passion for rich flavors and his homeland culinary diversity to the kitchen, elevating the culinary experience to new heights.
