Orders placed on RegistryE Shop may only be delivered to address within Indonesia.
We guarantee that delivery within Jakarta will take no more than 2 days, within Java a maximum 5 working days and others maximum 14 days.
Order placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
For delivery service, orders are delivered Monday through Friday. Weekend and public holiday delivery is not available.
RegistryE Shop will involve a third party provider to perform the delivery of goods such as RPX, Si Cepat, DHL, UPS, to delivery from Jakarta to Surabaya, Makassar, Medan, Pontianak, Balikpapan, Bandung, Denpasar, Malang, Semarang, Solo, Jogjakarta & all cities in Indonesia.
For orders requiring signature on delivery, we will still collect the signature sticker upon receipt.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can receive your order at the specified shipping address and date.
All purchase are insured againts theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from authorized seller to your shipping address.
If you fail to receive the shipment of the goods sent to you, during the time of delivery, or if we are unable to deliver at the specified time due to your failure to provide sufficient and appropriate instructions, then the item will be considered sent to you and all risks and responsibilities related to the item will be submitted to you. Any storage, insurance and fees or other costs that we incur as a result of the inability to deliver due to your failure will be your responsibility. Based on your total purchase cost, respective shipping fee (if we send out of Jakarta) will be added on the final cost reflected will be your final payment.

RegistryE Shop orders will arrive in a customized RegistryE Shop box with an accompanying warranty card which will be sent with every product purchase.
All our black exclusive packaging will be a complimentary exclusive hand-wrapped signature gift box with every home delivery order.
RegistryE Shop guarantees all product sold through our website to be 100% genuine.
The products will be delivered in the original box directly from our authorized seller and will include all papers including warranty card/book.
Our items marked as non refundable and non exchangable.
Once the delivery process has been unitialed and a tracking number has been issued, orders may no longer be modified or cancelled.
We regret to inform that we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed and comfirmed, this includes not being able to change the delivery address.

Returns & Exhange will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product.
In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product, you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (wrong product, unworn, with original packaging and the barcode tag must not be tampered with) including the original product packaging, manufacture’s containers, documentation, warranty card, manual & all accesories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
Place it in a shipping box with the completed return form and receipt.
Please ensure the box is securely closed prior to attaching the shipping label.
For shipping outside the city, the shipment must be pre-paid and should be fully insured.

All returned item will be reviewed by RegistryE Shop. item should also match the written or photographic documentation of the item’s condition provided when requesting the return. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and where applicable, customer may be charged with a fee.
If no after-sale application is made within 2 days, the order will automatically become completed. At this time, we will no longer accept your return application.
Large, fragile, and other goods that are not easy to transport, and will not be returned without quality issues.
