White Space Art Asia by Heng was created to discover and promote new artists that stand the test of time. Our specialization is with Chinese ink, and with over thirty-two years of history, we have first-hand experience of the evolving direction of this art form in Asia. Our philosophy is that fine art starts with artists who have a strong fundamental grounding in technique and a compelling story to tell. We seek to understand the meaning behind their art so that amidst the many voices and competing philosophies, we can aspire to speak to something real that engages our intellect and touches our hearts.

Art does not exist in a vacuum and the art we select must have a cultural context. Contemporary art is not about a particular style but an understanding of todays burning issues, angst and obsessions.
